At Reno Systems, we design, deploy, and operate modern technology platforms for enterprise clients.
We’re looking for a Solutions Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to join our IT services and system integration team in Riyadh.

In this role, you’ll work closely with development, operations, and client teams to deliver reliable, scalable systems and support them in production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy, configure, and operate enterprise systems on Linux and containerized environments.

• Design and support distributed and high-availability platforms.

• Build and maintain data ingestion pipelines for logs, metrics, and operational data.

• Deploy and manage data storage and retention layers at scale.

• Support monitoring and analytics platforms, including dashboards, KPIs, and performance tuning.

• Provide production and post-deployment support, including incident handling and root-cause analysis.

• Maintain clear technical documentation, runbooks, and operational standards.

• Collaborate with engineers during delivery, UAT, and operational handovers.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in solutions engineering, systems engineering, DevOps, or similar roles.

• Strong hands-on experience with Linux environments.

• Practical experience with containers and automation-based deployments.

• Solid understanding of distributed systems and high-availability architectures.

• Strong hands-on experience with Splunk, including data ingestion, dashboards, searches, and troubleshooting.

• Experience working with monitoring, logging, and observability platforms.

• Exposure to cloud platforms, especially AWS.

• Strong troubleshooting skills, ownership mindset, and ability to work in client-facing environments.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Experience working in telecommunications environments or large-scale environments.

• Familiarity with Telco-grade systems, high-throughput data, or carrier-scale platforms.

• AWS Solutions Architect or similar certification.

• Linux Foundation certification.

• Experience with tools such as OpenTelemetry, Splunk, or similar platforms.
